History
The firm commenced on 1 July 1986 and was known as Capon & Hubert Barristers & Solicitors. This was as a result of the merging of Wilcox & Capon and William G Pearce.
The firm, known as Capon & Hubert Lawyers & Mediators came into effect in October 2006, consisting of David Nimmo, Ken Hubert and Rhonda Hubert as Directors of the firm. Geoff Capon specialised in wills and estate planning matters and remained with the firm until December 2013 when he retired. David Nimmo has also left the firm and is now pursuing a military career.
