Fees
The time spent by lawyers is accurately recorded and translated into fees by applying a charge out rate.We measure time per unit. A unit is 6 minutes. Our charge out rates are based on an hourly rate which is applied according to the solicitor’s rate who is acting on your behalf. These are detailed under Rates.
Disbursements
Disbursements or out of pocket expenses are expenses charged to you. Disbursements include court fees, searches and enquiries, additional postal charges, photocopying and facsimiles, courier charges, agents fees etc.
GST or Goods and Services Tax
GST is 10% of the charge and is added to your account.

Significant complexity in purchases, sales and leases may result in extra charges. These would be discussed with you during the course of your matter.
Wills, Powers of Attorney & Estates
Standard Will $550.00 (Each Will is personal and we cater for individual requirements. Should your requirements be more complex than a simple will, the solicitor will discuss costs with you at your initial appointment.)
Standard Power of Attorney $330.00
Estate Advice will be charged at an hourly rate.
Mediations – ½ day $2700 (this includes preparation and preliminary attendances.)
Mediations – full day $3650
